WVLiving Magazine is working on their wedding edition now! This is a great way to show case your wedding!  One of your photos could even be on the cover!!!! 

If you were married between January 1, 2009 and March 15, 2010 and you would like to enter your wedding you can get the info and questionaire here.  Let me know if you would like some help picking out the photos or any questions you may have.  Also anyone who enters their wedding will get a print credit equivalent to the amount paid ($175-$300!) for the submission and the digital files for the 3 or 6 ($150- $300) photos submitted!

Yesterday I did my very first bridal fair at Gatherings wedding chapel in Fairmont.  It is a beautiful venue and I would love to shoot a wedding in the near future!  It was nice to meet with so many couples!  I also got to meet the legendary Tim Ray, who was extremely nice and gave me lots and lots of helpful knowledge.

I know I am super behind on portrait blogs!  I always have a few photos from weddings up with in  24 hours from the weddings, but am so busy I get behind on the portraits!  So now is the time to get caught up!  :)  There will be an explosion of blogs on the way! I just realized that this wedding didn't post right! Sorry to Ginny and Jimmy!  Its been a little crazy lately!  I'm super behind on blogging, but dare to say that I'm starting to get caught up so soon there will be ooooodles and oooooodles of new pictures to see! 

I met with Ginny and Jimmy a few months ago and instantly knew i was going to love working with them both!  They are both so much fun!  I do have to say that Jimmy was the most nervous groom I have ever seen,!  So sweet!  Haha.

Sunday I photographed one of my college friends wedding at the amazing Green Gables Restaurant in Boswell, Pennsylvania (I highly recommend this absolutely stunning venue!).  Lily and I met when we took a ceramics class a few years ago together at WVU.  Now that we've graduated we hardly ever see each other unless we are driving down the road!  It was really to meet her family and photograph her fabulous day!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of photographing one of my former highschool classmates wedding... durning a monsoon. We ended up getting a bunch of cute photos inspite of all the wetness (even a few with my rain boots :) ) Congrats to Nikki & Aaron and I hope you are enjoying (and are a little dryer) on your honeymoon!

I will be back in good ole' Pendleton County this weekend for a wedding and a couple of photoshoots. Due to the super slowness of the internet and I am completely booked with shoots, I will be replying to emails and website accounts Monday evening. Saturday I photographed the amazing wedding of Audra & Jeremy!  and once again I have to mention how amazing all of my clients are!  Audra & Jeremy made sure we had plenty of time to do photos prior to the ceremony and even agreed to my assistant and my request to go stand on a rusty old bridge and get some awesome photos (we even stoped traffic!) ha ha
