Photo Journal
It’s not a secret that fall is an extremely busy time for photographers. In fact, it follows closely behind wedding season in the “Oh my goodness, will I ever get caught up?” category. Is it stressful? Absolutely. But, taking pictures of you truly wonderful people is my happy place. It’s what I love. Under normal circumstances, I wouldn’t even be writing a post like this; I would be interacting with clients, snapping photos, and editing away. Unfortunately, I’ve been dealing with some personal issues recently that are seeping into my work. Rest assured that I’m continuing to work as diligently as possible to fulfill your requests; however, there are some days where my family and personal life must come first. I deeply apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as I work toward the sunshine and rainbows that appear after storms.
Thank you!
Amberlee!

From the vows to the heartfelt toasts to the love between the bride and groom, everything about Meredith and Ryan's wedding day was beautiful. It was perfect. As a wedding photographer, I've seen a lot of tears over the years. Happy, sad, frustrated - the tears usually run the emotional gamut. For Meredith, they were nothing but happy on her big day. When we met to discuss the day's timeline two weeks before, she said, "I just want the day to go smoothly." Smoothly ... we can do that! At the end of the night, as she hugged and thanked me through her tears, I knew we'd accomplished what she wanted. And that means the world to me!
Here's a sneak peek at Meredith and Ryan's wedding. Enjoy!
