Now that I'm photographing full time I thought that I would have more time to blog... I think I have been twice as busy! :) I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE it! I've gotten some pretty awesome shots lately and have been going crazy thinking how many I need to get up here! It's so easy just to load some previews on my Facebook Page, this has gotten pretty neglected...

This past weekend I went back to my hometown to photograph 4 sessions in 3 days! The first one was of some of my friends and probably the funniest couples I know! I did their engagement session a few months ago and was super sad I couldn't shoot their wedding due to already having one booked on their date. When I was doing their engagement photos, Matt says he wanted to rope Tonya in her wedding dress... Of course I said I'll be back and I am holding you to it! :) We had so much fun! They even got to see me dance when a mouse ran up my pants leg...

I had the pleasure to shoot one of my really great friends wedding a couple of weekends ago! ( I'm slacking on my blog lately, but I definitely haven't been slacking in the photo taking! Lots of new blogs soon!)
Amber and I have been friends since we were 7 years old! We used to go "up on the hill" and ride bikes together almost everyday when we were little! :) ha ha She was even a bridesmaid in my wedding! Now that I live in Morgantown I barely get to see her any more, so it was very nice spending the weekend with her and her new hubby and photographing their nuptials! Jason is such a great match for her and I seriously couldn't be any happier for both of them!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of photographing one of my former highschool classmates wedding... durning a monsoon. We ended up getting a bunch of cute photos inspite of all the wetness (even a few with my rain boots :) ) Congrats to Nikki & Aaron and I hope you are enjoying (and are a little dryer) on your honeymoon!

What a Cutie! Children Photography- Franklin, WV
I'm getting a little behind on blogs this week, but with 3 maternitys, and one portrait session, and a wedding consult in Pa, following the 22 children I shot the weekend before this one I would say I have a reason :). This is cutie "C". He was soooo photogenic and just down right cute as could be! We drove around up on a mountain to some old cabins and then went to the very top and took some at an amazing view!!!! I wish I had a mountain with a bunch of old cabins and I would throw in an old truck somewhere to take pics at! ha ha :) If I keep working the way I have I may be able to afford one, one day... Well if I stop buying new camera equipment all the time :) Enjoy the photos!
Childrens Easter Photos- Franklin, WV
I took photos of 22 Children this weekend! I've slept really good ever since! ha ha I wish I had 1/8th the amount of energy one of them :) ha ha. These are all from the Easter shoot I did at Lisa's Dance Studio Saturday We had a little issue with the lights when we got there (I'm thinking it involved a squirel and a transformer not getting along too well... but we just got everything moved around and everything went good from there!

~*~*~*~*~I just bought a bunch of new props for this weekend!! Also I'm going to do a referral bonus now! For every person you refer to me that does photos this weekend you will receive $5 off. That means if you refer 5 people to me you can get the lowest package for free!~*~*~*~*~*~ Photos have to be taken this Saturday during the time while I'm down at the dance studio.
I'll be in Franklin March 21st for childrens Easter photos with a real bunny and Easter props! I'll be set up in Lisas Dance Studio on Main street. I'll be starting the photo sessions at noon. They will run 20 minutes each session and packages start at $25. I'll have my backdrops set up also if any one else wants a mini session on Saturday. Can include small family, maternity, baby, portraits, or pets.

Twin Seniors Photography- Franklin, WV
Over the weekend (A pretty crazy weekend too) I made my way back to Franklin, to do a bunch of shoots! This was the second of 4 shoots in 2 days. I had fun goofing off and playing around all kinds of rusted things with B & L. I know of a ton of places in Morgantown to shoot, but was having a little trouble thinking of places back there to shoot. So we started out at my favorite old rusty truck, and then B & L suggested we ride up to the old McCoy Mill, where we got some great photos! Stay tuned for photos from the rest of the weekend!
