New Album!

I just thought I would post some photos of one of the new smaller sample albums I got in  You really have to see it for yourself! It turned out sooooo very nice!  I love it!

A few days ago I got to shoot my brother,  his wife, and their Pug, Honey! He just got back from being in Iraq for 15 months, and came up and stayed with me for a few days. Were going to do another shoot next weekend back in Franklin that Im super excited about!

Playing around with my new camera, new lens, and rings from the store.

I borrowed some rings from the store (John P Kuehns) the other day so I could play with them and all of the new toys. Heres what I came up with :)  don't mind the book...  Its the Hichhikers Guide to the Galaxy, the first thing I pulled out of my hubbys book case.

My New Nikon D300 and my 50mm 1.8 lens!!!!

Pictures from my new Nikon D300 and my Nikkor 50mm 1.8 lens!!

My hubby finally figured out the problem.  The D300 has some newer raw format that my mac os x hasnt been updated to, neither had my photoshop...  I love my computer geek :)  

Since its always later on in the evening when I get home from work, my cats are always the first test subjects.

I got my new Nikon D300 today!!!!  It takes fantastic pictures!  I would put some up but I can't figure out something on the camera and its past midnight and I can't keep my eyes open so I can't really think straight... ha ha

Lots of pictures tomorrow when the hubby comes home and presses one button with his eyes closed and makes it work :)

New equipment on the way!

I finally ordered a new camera today!!    I am so excited!  I went for the Nikon D300.  All the reviews I've read makes it sound like its the right choice to be upgrading to.  :)  Yay

I also opted to get the Nikkor 50mm f/1.8 lens.
